Preliminary crash reports from the FHP indicate that the victim was a passenger in a vehicle that was driving along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 4 when the driver pulled the car over to the side of the busy interstate. The female victim then exited the vehicle after an altercation with the driver and walked out into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer.
