According to court documents that were recently released to the public, a 25-year-old man will serve up to a decade in prison after he was found guilty of multiple charges related to a tragic pedestrian accident that claimed the life of a blind pregnant woman almost 3 years ago in Ormond Beach.
Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Car on I-95 in Volusia County
Traffic along a heavily traveled road in Volusia County was interrupted and diverted on Thursday, July 16th, after an accident involving a pedestrian and a car. A collision report filed by members of the Florida Highway Patrol working within Volusia County indicated that the event took place sometime close to 12:30 in the afternoon when many people who still leave their home to work were traveling about during their lunch break.
