It is believed that at least one of the people involved in the incident is the owner of the home.

Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol are crediting a fatal accident that took place on Sunday, February 3rd, to an over-consumption of alcohol. What is known at this point in time is that the incident involved an all-terrain vehicle (ATV for short) that was, at the time of the incident, carrying three people. It appears that the person in charge of driving the ATV was a 9-year-old child.
