It started shortly before 11:00 in the morning on Saturday, April 4th, a time when many people were out walking along the promenade at Bayshore Boulevard, enjoying the chance to escape from the quarantine in their homes with a bit of sunshine, social distancing, and a sliver of normality. At this same time, at least three motorcyclists were traveling down Bayshore Boulevard’s northbound lanes, close to the stretch where people were walking.

One Dead, One Critically Injured in Central Florida Two-Vehicle Crash
On Tuesday, March 24th, a 55-year-old from Dade City was riding their 1985 Honda 1200 motorcycle down the southern lanes of County Road 41 – also known as Fort King Road – when they were involved in a side-impact collision with a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The accident, which took place close to the City of Tampa, was tended to by members of the Florida Highway Patrol as well as numerous other emergency response teams.
