Reports from WPLG indicated that the incident happened sometime during the afternoon, while cars and trucks were traveling along Interstate 95, south of the Dolphin Expressway. One of these vehicles, a pickup truck, was headed down an unknown lane of the road when it was involved in a collision with an SUV.
Elderly Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Two Cars in Brevard County
Members of the Florida Highway Patrol working within Brevard County were among the first responders to an incident which took place within the early morning of Wednesday, November 13th, and resulted in the death of an individual. What exactly took place remains unclear, although the early reports on the car accident suggest that a 66-year-old individual was at the center of the event.
One Dead, One Injured After Car Overturns in Columbia County
A collision involving a single car that took place in northern Florida on Tuesday, October 1st, resulted in the death of an Apopka woman and the serious injury of another individual. Brevard County Man Dies in Single Car Crash
A collision between a car and a utility pole within Brevard County during the early days of September is behind the death of a 33-year-old individual. It is believed that the incident took place on Monday, September 2nd, sometime during the morning (although the precise time has yet to be stated). What we know so far comes from reports filed by the Florida Highway Patrol stationed within Brevard County. Their reports indicated that the incident began with the 33-year-old, a Brevard County resident who was living in Cape Canaveral, was traveling along the northbound lanes of U.S. 1 close to Rocket Road.
Seminole County Four-Car Crash Leaves Two Dead
A four-car crash that took place towards the beginning of September within Seminole County resulted in two fatalities, reported the Florida Highway Patrol. According to them, this incident took place on the night of Friday, September 6th, and involved a 30-year-old from Winter Springs who was driving their 1999 Honda down the southern lanes of U.S. Highway 17-92. The other three cars that were involved in the incident were traveling down the northern lanes of U.S. 17-92.
Two Car Crash on St. Petersburg Bridge Sends Car into Tampa Bay
On Wednesday, August 28th, commuters in St. Petersburg who were traveling along the Howard Frankland Bridge were shocked when they witnessed an accident between two vehicles that resulted in one of them, a white SUV, crashing over a barrier and into the Tampa Bay waters lying far below. According to the St. Petersburg Fire Rescue crew who responded to the scene, the events that led to the incident began at around 7:00 in the morning.
Car Crashes into Orange County Retention Pond, Four Rescued
A car that crashed into a retention pond in Orange County contained four individuals, all of whom required assistance from the Maitland Fire Department when it came to escaping from the partially submerged vehicle. Reports from the Maitland Fire Department put the time of the car accident somewhere around 2:15 in the afternoon. It is not known if the area was suffering from inclement weather due to Hurricane Dorian or if the incident was the result of some other factors that led to the driver losing control of the vehicle and crashing into the pond.
Two Trauma Alert Victims after Two Car Crash in Orange County
A collision that took place on Saturday, July 27th, resulted in the hospitalization of two individuals, both of who were declared to be trauma alerts when they were admitted to an Orange County emergency medical facility. Early responders to the incident included the Orange County Fire Rescue. The report that this organization issued after the crash was widely distributed throughout local news agencies and included the information that the collision involved two cars and an unknown number of people.
