School Bus Struck by Pickup Truck in Orange County
Members of the Florida Highway Patrol were on hand to respond to reports of an accident that took place in Orange County between a school bus and a pickup truck. According to troopers and news agencies who reached the bus accident early after it took place, the crash happened on the morning of Monday, August 19th, after the driver of the pickup truck failed to notice that the school bus had slowed down in order to navigate a turn.

On Thursday, August 30th, police working with the Florida Highway Patrol began to receive reports of an incident at the intersection of Pine Hills Road and Liming Avenue inside the town of Pine Hills within Orange County. A collision between a pickup truck and a LYNX bus resulted in numerous injuries in Orlando this past Tuesday night. Reports from the scene of the incident as well as reports from the Orlando Police Department indicate that the collision took place along West Michigan Street, close to the intersection of this road and Orange Blossom Trail.
Orange County Students Injured after Water Hose Malfunctions in Bus
It was while students from Lake Nona High School were traveling on the bus towards their various homes that something happened within the cab to cause a water hose to begin violently spraying water all throughout the vehicle’s interior. At the time of this writing, the reasons behind the malfunction are not clear, and all we know for certain is that the bus was carrying 37 students and drawing near to the intersection of Narcoossee Road and Kirby Smith Road when the unknown circumstance took place that caused the hose to begin gushing water.
Lynx Bus Involved in Multi Vehicle Crash in Orlando
Early on Thursday, the Orange County Fire Rescue and deputies with the Orlando Police Department responded to reports of a multi-vehicle crash along Colonial Drive. When they arrived, the members of the various emergency response teams discovered numerous vehicles in severely mangled states as well as at least one passenger trapped inside one of them.
Lynx Bus Causes Rear-End Collision in Orlando
This past Sunday afternoon, a Lynx bus driving through the intersection of Orange Blossom Trail and Landstreet Road was involved in an accident that sent minimally five people to the hospital. The Orange County Fire Rescue officials have released a statement outlining the events as they are currently known, however additional details are still emerging, and it may take some time before the true facts are understood. According to the initial report, however, the crash happened close to 3:45 in the afternoon, shortly after the Orlando rush-hour begins.
