A man was seriously injured in a two car crash happening Friday near the county fairgrounds in Indian Rivers Country, Florida. The crash involved a white SUV and a blue pickup truck. The pickup truck was traveling east on 77th Street and failed to yield at a blinking red light. As the truck travelled through the intersection it crashed into an SUV driven by a female. The SUV had three children inside.
Car Blows Through Intersection in Daytona Beach, Strikes Three Motorcycles, Two Other Cars, and Pedestrian
Daytona Beach Police are currently working to unravel the series of events that led to a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Main Street and Halifax Avenue on Saturday Night. According to the official Daytona Beach Police report, the accident, which occurred shortly before 7:00 in the evening, involved a pedestrian, three motorcycles, and two cars.
Car rear ends motorcycle, leaves two dead in Pasco County
A Florida teenager was involved in a weekend accident that claimed the lives of an Ohio couple on a motorcycle. According to an accident report filed by the Florida Highway Patrol, the 37 year old male and the 32 year old female, both from Chillicothe, Ohio, were riding a 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle at around 11:00 pm on Saturday night. The motorcycle, which did not have a functioning tail light, was traveling northbound along Interstate 75 in Pasco County, Florida when it was rear ended by a 2015 Nissan Altima driven by an 18 year old female from Wesley Chapel, Florida. According to a statement in the accident report, the driver says she did not see the motorcycle ahead of her.
66-Year-Old Assaulted by Angry and Confused Man in Orlando
A minor car accident in the parking lot of a Miller’s Ale House located in Orlando turned serious due to a road rage incident that followed. According to the report from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, a 66-year-old man—who has not been named—was driving with his girlfriend through the parking lot of the popular restaurant on Winter Garden Vineland Road when he was stopped by an SUV whose driver’s doors were open and blocking the traffic lane. The 66-year-old politely asked the owner of the SUV, the 37-year-old Ronald Ayers, to close the doors on his car so that the traffic lane would be navigable. Ayers complied.
Wrong-Way Collision along Florida Turnpike Leaves 73-Year-Old Dead
On Tuesday morning, before the sun even rose, a 73-year-old woman was driving her Dodge Charger down the Florida Turnpike in Orange County. The only problem was the she was driving her car on the wrong side of the road. According to statements made by Florida Highway Patrol’s Steve Montiero, the Florida Highway patrol received several calls around 2:30 in the morning from alarmed drivers about a car driving north in the southbound lanes. The reports stated that this car seemed to be driving at full speed, which would have made it a brief and terrifying blur to the drivers who miraculously avoided the Charger during its trip.

In Osceola County on Tuesday an automobile accident took place between an 86-year-old man from Ohio and a 22-year-old man from Kissimmee along Storey Lake Road and Osceola Parkway. In Volusia County on Tuesday an accident occurred that left one man dead and another man and a child seriously injured. Currently, the Florida Highway Patrol has only released partial information regarding this accident as they are still trying to contact the family of two individuals involved. What has been released is a cursory summary of the accident and some of the details surrounding its occurrence.
One injured, three dead in Hollywood, Florida Car Crash
One woman was rescued while three others were killed as the result of a severe Hollywood, Florida motor vehicle crash that happened early Sunday morning. The accident, which happened at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and 35th Avenue, involved a black Nissan crashing into a white minivan.
One Dead, Three Injured in Volusia County Crash
An accident involving three vehicles in Volusia County this past Thursday left one individual dead and several others badly injured. According to the report filed by the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred close to 12:30pm on Thursday where U.S. 17 and State Road 70 intersect. The vehicles involved in the accident were a Ford pickup truck, a Kia Optima, and a Chevy pickup truck. As they have been reconstructed, the events indicate that the Ford pickup was traveling southbound on U.S. 17. The Kia Optima, on the other hand, was headed north on the same highway. The Chevy pickup was also traveling north, somewhat behind the Kia Optima.
