Car rear ends motorcycle, leaves two dead in Pasco County

A Florida teenager was involved in a weekend accident that claimed the lives of an Ohio couple on a motorcycle. According to an accident report filed by the Florida Highway Patrol, the 37 year old male and the 32 year old female, both from Chillicothe, Ohio, were riding a 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle at around 11:00 pm on Saturday night. The motorcycle, which did not have a functioning tail light, was traveling northbound along Interstate 75 in Pasco County, Florida when it was rear ended by a 2015 Nissan Altima driven by an 18 year old female from Wesley Chapel, Florida. According to a statement in the accident report, the driver says she did not see the motorcycle ahead of her.

Bus Rear-Ends Car, Kills Driver and Leaves Several Injured in Florida

A woman from South Carolina was killed in a weekend car crash while traveling in Florida. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the 81 year old woman died at the scene after her car crashed into a tour bus carrying 38 members of the Hiram (Ohio) college baseball team. The accident happened along Interstate 75.

Orlando Man Killed in I-75 Car Accident

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 73 year old man was killed while driving his 2005 Chrysler southbound on Interstate 75 near Orlando, Florida. The accident happened near mile marker 441. The police report states that the driver attempted to change lanes from the outside lane to the center one when a vehicle in that lane honked their horn to let him know of their presence.

Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident

Ocala.com reports that a man died in a motorcycle accident involving several motorcycles. Officials with the Florida Highway Patrol say the man was riding in a group of motorcycles traveling north together on Interstate 75 when a chain reaction motorcycle accident occurred just south of mile marker 358. The FHP official said that the motorcycle accident began when a bag fell from one of the motorcycles and landed in the road.
