$200,000 Settlement for Uninsured Motorist Car Accident Victim
Plaintiff was rear-ended by uninsured Defendant and pushed into another vehicle. Client was initially not thought to be seriously injured. Over time, however, her condition failed to respond to conservative care, and she received pain management treatment in the form of Epidural Steroid injections, Medial Branch Blocks and Radio Frequency Ablations.
Her insurance company originally offered $25,000 but after suit was filed, they tendered policy limits of $200,000 to avoid litigation and possible First Party Bad Faith claim.

“I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where the other driver ran a red light and my car was a total loss. I was referred to James Cunningham due to the fact that our attorney’s have been very impressed with James Cunningham’s work. This fact turned out to be very true as Mr. Cunningham helped me win my case to a full and maximum settlement.”
