Orange County hit-and-run accident attorneys
As thousands of drivers around the state of Florida take to the roads this week for Thanksgiving travel, one local family is trying to figure out what exactly happened to their 12-year-old child, who was involved in a hit-and-run collision in Orange County last Friday.
According to the first responders with the Florida Highway Patrol, a 26-year-old driver from Orlando was taken into custody earlier this morning for his alleged connection to a severe hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of a local construction worker near the intersection of Emerson Lake Boulevard and Narcoossee Road.
As the number of auto accidents resulting in fatalities here in Florida continues to rise at an alarming rate, law enforcement officials from around the state are hoping that the record-breaking amount of motorists who are hitting the road this Memorial Day weekend will stay safe, abide by the rules of the road, and not exacerbate the situation any further. Sadly, this was not the case this past Saturday evening after a hit-and-run collision claimed the life of a 20-year-old man in Orange County.
Hit-and-run news continues with two different accidents that took place within Orange County on Friday and Saturday, December 3rd and 5th. Because the person/persons responsible for the crashes remain unaccounted for, what precisely took place remains an object of speculation. What we do know comes from reports issued by members of the Florida Highway Patrol as well as members of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Members of these two law enforcement organizations were joined by EMTs and paramedics in responding to the crashes after they were first reported.
