An unnamed man was attempting to cross South Washington Avenue in Titusville when he was struck by a car and killed on Monday night. The Florida Highway Patrol has issued an official statement that covers all the information about the incident that has been made public at this time. According to their report, the accident took place shortly before 9:30 when the man, about whom little is currently known, left the sidewalk bordering South Washington Avenue and tried to weave through the oncoming traffic as he crossed the busy street.

Accident Between Motorcycle and Sedan in New Smyrna Beach Leaves Biker Dead, Charges Pending
An accident that took place on Friday between a sedan and a motorcycle in New Smyrna Beach has had further information added to the already released statement. The initial report indicated that the crash took place on State Road 44, close to where this road crosses I-95. The events as the Florida Highway Patrol has been able to reconstruct them suggest that the sedan’s driver, an unnamed individual, was trying to turn left, off of State Road 44, in order to gain entrance to the onramp for I-95 south.
Scaffolding Collapse Leaves Man Stranded 12 Stories from the Ground in Miami
A terrifying incident happened to one employee of a Key Biscayne hotel on Thursday during the afternoon. According to statements given by the Miami Department of Fire Rescue Capt Ignatius Carroll, the incident took place on the 12th floor of the popular resort and was the result of a scaffolding collapse. The employee, who has not been named, was standing on the scaffolding, directly outside of the Grand Bay Club, when the supports crumbled beneath him due to reasons that are not currently known.
Raging Nassau County Fire Started by Man Burning Books
The most devastating and biggest wild land fire to take place in Nassau County since 1998 is believed now to have been caused by a man who was burning his trash, specifically paperback books. The fire, which destroyed two homes and nearly 700 acres of land close to Bryceville (a town close to Jacksonville) is now being termed the Garfield Road Fire. It began on Wednesday, and since then the emergency fire crews have managed to contain it by 80%. This is, obviously, to say that the fire is still ongoing and still poses a risk to individuals and their homes.
Stolen Mustang Crashes into Car and House in St. Petersburg
According to St. Petersburg, Florida police, a stolen Ford Mustang had crashed into a vacant house after it had previously hit a SUV. The crash occurred on the 2000 block of 35th Street South. Three individuals are reported to have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment to minor injuries.
