Orlando Driver Crashes into Auto Mall
Over the Memorial Day weekend, a 47 year old man was killed when his 1999 Mercedes-Benz crashed into a light pole on into an auto mall located on Orlando’s Colonial Drive. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the driver was traveling eastbound near Old Cheney Highway when he lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road. Upon impact with the pole, the car split into two pieces, ending up in the auto mall. Eight vehicles in the mall’s lot were damaged when the Mercedes crashed into them.
Man Killed When Car Drives Off State Road 408
On Tuesday night, a 25-year-old man named Brian Javier Fernandez Esles was driving down State Road 408 when he crashed into a cluster of retaining barrels and lost control of his vehicle. The Florida Highway Patrol released a statement discussing the particulars of this incident as they are currently known, however the investigation into the circumstances leading to the accident is still very much ongoing. According to the current report, after Esles crashed into the barrels at around 7:40 in the evening, his car flew off of the State Road 408 ramp and landed on its roof beside Magnolia Avenue.
Woman Dies after Head-On Crash in Orange County

It seems as though the incident began when Alejandra Gomez Matta, a Lake Wales resident, started driving her 2009 Acura the wrong direction on Colonial Drive. Close to 10:00 in the morning, Matta entered Colonial Drive headed westward, but she was in the eastbound lanes. It is not known for how long Matta drove on Colonial Drive, but when she neared Masood Lane she crashed headlong into a 2003 Ford SUV.
High-Speed Crash in East Gainesville Kills 2
A high-speed crash in East Gainesville on Tuesday morning has left two individuals dead and a small community bewildered. According to the news report linked to the incident, the accident involved the 20-year-old Kristian Barker and the 23-year-old Matthew Nakamura. Barker was behind the wheel of a BMW convertible and Nakamura was in the passenger side of the same car. The two were apparently out for a late night/early morning drive when they lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a roundabout located at Northeast 8th Avenue and 9th Street in East Gainesville.

A violent collision in Orange County between a car and several trees resulted in one fatality. The crash, which happened along Curry Ford Road and Cypress Springs Parkway, close to Alafaya Trail, happened close to 2:00 in the morning on Monday. Early on Tuesday morning a 25-year-old man named Anthony Disla from Apopka was driving through Orange County in a 2015 Nissan Altima. Westbound on State Road 50, the Altima was nearing the intersection of Colonial Drive and Semon Drive when Disla, for reasons that are currently under investigation, lost control of the vehicle. According to witness reports, the young Disla was trying to maneuver his Altima around traffic in front of him when this occurred.
Stolen Mustang Crashes into Car and House in St. Petersburg
According to St. Petersburg, Florida police, a stolen Ford Mustang had crashed into a vacant house after it had previously hit a SUV. The crash occurred on the 2000 block of 35th Street South. Three individuals are reported to have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

Palm Bay High-Speed Crash Leaves One Dead, One Critically Injured
A high-speed car crash in Palm Bay this past Sunday has left one individual dead and another seriously injured as the Florida Highway Patrol searches for answers regarding this unusual case. According to the report filed by the Florida Highway Patrol and the statement given by Palm Bay Police Lieutenant Make Bandish the accident took place around 11:10 on Sunday afternoon and was initially reported by concerned residents along Eldron Boulevard and Estrada Street. Lt. Bandish says that the car, a white Hyundai, was driving incredibly fast down residential streets before the accident.
