According to Florida court records, an individual is suing the Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Company, from which she is seeking declaratory relief. The suit, which filed in Osceola County, alleges that the insurer acted in breach of its duty of good faith and fair dealing.
The law suit follows a 2015 motor vehicle accident. According to the complaint, on November 9 2015, while traveling on Old Canoe Creek Road in St. Cloud, her car was hit by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was uninsured/underinsured.
When Driver Lost Control, Passenger is Killed in Winter Springs
A Winter Springs, Florida man is dead following a car crash over the weekend. The automobile accident happened as the car in which he was a passenger in struck two trees and a power pole in Seminole County. The driver of the vehicle, who was from Orlando, was heading north along Tuskawilla Road near Lake Drive at around 11:00 pm.

Woman Dies near Ormond Beach after Car Flips onto Tree
Sarah Comer, a Port Orange resident, was driving eastbound on Walter Boardman Road on Sunday afternoon when she lost control of her car. According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, Comer, who was 30-years-old at the time of the incident, was near to Old Dixie Highway and Ormond Beach when the incident occurred at around 12:00pm, causing the 2005 Chevrolet Malibu she drove to depart from the road and begin to flip through the air.
