Arresting officers have indicated that the Brevard County resident was nearly four times the legal intoxication limit at the time of his arrest following the accident.
Deputies from the Lake County Sheriff’s Department recently responded to an incident that involved an intoxicated driver, a golf cart, and a tree. The reports from the deputies who reached the scene first suggest that the incident began sometime during the day, however little exists within the report itself to say what exact time the incident took place.
