Late Night Seminole County Crash Results in Fatality
A late night crash on County Road 427 has resulted in the death of one Altamonte Springs man, according to Florida Law Enforcement. The accident happened at 11 p.m. Wednesday night, when a 2015 Infiniti SUV driven by Raymond Williams, left the road and struck a culvert. He subsequently struck trees after hitting the culvert, and his vehicle caught fire. Williams was pulled from the burning vehicle, but died at the scene of the accident, which is still under investigation at this time.

Fatality in Winter Park Crash Friday Morning
The driver of a vehicle that lost control and struck a guardrail on I-4 in the early hours of Friday morning was pronounced dead at the dead, according to Florida Law Enforcement. Ashleigh Maria Plazas, 22, of Orlando, Florida was driving westbound on I-4 just east of the Fairbanks curve, when her 1999 Toyota Camry struck a concrete barrier and a guardrail, then turned over twice before heading down an embankment and stopping to rest on its top at the bottom.
Orlando Driver Identified in Tuesday’s Fatal Pedestrian Accident
The driver of the vehicle that struck and fatally injured a 61-year-old man Tuesday night in Orange County has been identified. Jorge Prado, a 20-year-old from Orlando was driving on Sandlake Road around 9 p.m. when he encountered the 61-year-old man. The unidentified victim was trying to cross the road, but not at an intersection or crosswalk. His name has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
