By Orlando Personal Injury Attorney on April 17, 2017

The popular retail chain Teavana issued a recall earlier this month that affects all of their 14oz flip tumblers. When the tumbler is inverted, the water pours into the chamber with the tea via a series of small holes that allow water to move freely between the two compartments but prevent the tea from leaving the cap. This way, the tea can be steeped for as long as the consumer wishes. When the tea is finished, all the user needs to do is flip the tumbler the other way and the water drains back into the main chamber, leaving the tea in the cap.
