An ongoing investigation into the death of a civilian after the car they were driving was rear-ended by an Osceola County deputy has reached a strange pause since the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office seemingly refuses to transfer important pieces of information over to the Florida Highway Patrol troopers responsible for the investigation.
