Lockheed Martin in Orlando Facing Personal Injury and Class-Action Lawsuits

On Monday, September 28^th, 2020, a personal injury lawsuit and a class-action lawsuit were filed against the Lockheed Martin Corporation alleging that their Orlando manufacturing facility violated both local and federal laws by mismanaging the disposal of toxic waste products, which has led to the contamination of soil and groundwater. Additionally, employees of the company along with nearby Orange County residents, are now suffering from serious life-threatening illnesses which they believe have stemmed from the exposure to dangerous levels of chemicals and pollutants.
