An Orlando man was arrested last Wednesday after crashing his car into his friend in a downtown parking garage. The report from the Orlando Police Department describes the incident in its most complete detail. It seems that at some point early in the morning, just before 4:00, the 25-year-old William Aloupis and two friends took an elevator down to the Lincoln Plaza Parking Garage to retrieve a car. Surveillance videos of the scene depict the three men as being visibly intoxicated. One of the friends, Jonathan Anglada, was unable to stand on his own, and the other two left him slumped against one of the parking garage’s walls as they made their way to the car, which belonged to Anglada.
