Highway Guardrails Meant to Protect, Actually Pose Great Danger
In early 2014, Jay Traylor was headed home from helping a friend with some yard work. Exhausted, he briefly drifted off to sleep behind the wheel. He awoke just in time to see his vehicle headed straight for a guardrail on the side of the highway.
