A 15-year-old female from Lakeland, Florida was killed following a two-vehicle crash in Lacoochee. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the accident happened on Tuesday at around 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of US Highway 301 and Trilby Road.

Construction Vehicle Causes Crash on Florida Turnpike
A construction vehicle left one person dead and two seriously injured Monday evening. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the accident happened in the southbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike, near mile marker 250. At approximately 9:45 p.m., a construction vehicle with a hydraulic lift bucket drove into the path of a Ford Edge. Upon impact, the Ford, which was being driven by a 62-year-old female, rotated and hit a nearby concrete barrier.
One Dies in Fiery Orange County Crash
A collision that took place between a vehicle and a building in Orange County resulted the death of one person, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol. This same government body began the initial investigating into the incident and the early reports did not make it immediately clear just what occurred to cause the fatal, single-car collision.
Four Injured When Car Hits Toll Booth on Florida Turnpike
On Sunday a vehicle crashed into a toll plaza while driving on the Florida turnpike. The accident happened in the northbound lane at mile marker 236 near Saint Cloud. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the vehicle hit a protective barrier that surrounds the toll both. Upon impact, the car caught on fire. All four of the vehicle’s occupants were taken to local hospitals for treatment of serious, if not critical, injuries.
Wrong-Way Accident Leaves One Orlando Area Man Dead
Memorial Day weekend is always a dangerous time for Orlando motor vehicle accidents, and this year was no exception. A pastor from central Florida was killed in an early morning crash that investigators believe was the result of a wrong way collision. The suspected driver is in the hospital and being treated for severe injuries, making it difficult for the investigation to move forward.
