House Fire in Daytona Beach Sends Woman to Hospital

A disturbing incident in Daytona Beach has resulted in the Florida Fire Marshal investigating an arson case and a woman being hospitalized. According to the official report, at around 8:30 on Monday morning, a team of Daytona Beach firefighters were on their way to their fire station when they noticed smoke coming from a home in the neighborhood of Pelican Bay. Redirecting their course to the source of the smoke, the firefighters found the source of the smoke in Tropic Bird Court.
