Preliminary collision details released by the Florida Highway Patrol operating in Pasco County indicate that a 24-year-old female has been arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving a death for her alleged involvement in a hit-and-run collision on June 15^th which claimed the life of an elderly woman on a mobility scooter who was attempting to retrieve her mail at the time of the accident.
