ATV Crash in Volusia County Kills Passenger, Severely Injures Driver

An accident involving a single ATV close to the city of Mims in Volusia County resulted in the death of a single individual, so say reports from the Florida Highway Patrol. Members of the FHP were on-hand to respond to the crash reports, which were made shortly after the all-terrain vehicle crashed. It is not clear if the two on the ATV were alone or if they were perhaps traveling with a group of other joyriders through the area.
