Daytona Beach Biketoberfest 2014

Break out the leather and rev up your engines, it’s time again for Biketoberfest at the legendary Daytona Beach in Florida. This annual festival for 2014 runs from October 16-19, and is bigger and better each and every year. If you’ve visited before then be sure to visit again and see all the new vendors and musical acts, and if you’re a newcomer, then get ready for the ride of your life!

Biketoberfest hosts hundreds of vendors, offering you the most recently releases in models and parts, as well as custom accessories that really make you stand out from the rest of the pack. It is the place to find the latest and greatest offerings from your favorite motorcycle manufacturers, as well as clothing, décor, apparel, and of course, plenty of leather and chrome.

This year there will again be pro racing at the Daytona International Speedway, along with amateur events for the up-and-coming riders. Manufacturers and vendors will have plenty of new models for test drive, and you may even catch a glimpse of some yet-to-be-released items. There are literally hundreds of food vendors to please anyone’s palate, and there will be music, on the Biketoberfest’s stage, as well as the local pubs and clubs scattered about Daytona. Lodging is available at the local hotels and motels, as well as camping at nearby campgrounds. Be sure to check out this list of events, activities and vendors.

One of the highlights of any Biketoberfest is cruising along the beach (not actually ON the beach, but the surrounding roads). There is nothing like soaking in the wind and Florida sun from the freedom of your motorcycle. Be sure to ride sober, but if you can’t there are plenty of alternative transportation options. There is no admission to the festival itself, but there will be tickets sold for a variety of events and exhibitions.
