Joseph Campo, a 31-year-old resident of Orange County, died on Tuesday after being involved in a head-on collision along John Young Parkway. Campo, an employee of the Orange County Animal Services, was on his way to work, driving a 1989 Ford Mustang, when the incident occurred.
