JAMES O. CUNNINGHAM: Because I've handled nothing but personal injury cases since 1977, I've seen almost every type of case there is to see. And it allows me to bring to bear the experiences of the past to benefit my client's case in the present.

JAMES O. CUNNINGHAM: We are here in a courtroom where I tried one of my first jury trial cases nearly 30 years ago. And when someone's been seriously injured in an accident, the last thing they think about is being in a courtroom. And yet one of the first things they need to think about is who's going to represent me, who's going to take care of my legal needs and handle my case for me. And the answer to that is it should be someone with trial experience. Since 1984, I've been certified by the Florida BAR as a civil trial specialist. One of things I do to go above and beyond for my clients is simple. I return their phone calls. I'm accessible, and I'm available to them when they need to speak with me. Because I have a family, I know how deeply injuries can affect a family, and I care about my client's case. I care about the outcome of their case, and I want the best for them.
