Car Making U-Turn Causes Serious Florida Motorcycle Accident
A motorcycle rider suffered serious injuries recently when a car making a u-turn crossed into his lane causing the 45-year-old rider to slam into the hood of a 2000 Mazda. The Orlando Sentinel claims that the man injured in the Florida motorcycle accident was driving his motorcycle south on Southwest 142nd Avenue when the Mazda making a u-turn struck him at the intersection of Thoroughbred Court.
The impact caused the motorcyclist to be thrown from his motorcycle onto the hood of the car. His head slammed into the car’s windshield and the momentum caused him to roll off the other side of the car. Emergency response personnel transported him to Broward General Medical Center.
