Hertha Drive hit and run accident
Car Crashes into Orlando Home
Usually, 12:35am is a quiet time of night for Orlando residents who live on Bonneville Drive. Close to the University of Central Florida, this residential street receives heavy traffic, but it is still lined with homes and families, many of whom were sleeping on June 20th, when Bruce Bonds, a 37-year-old Orlando man, failed to negotiate a tricky curve as he approached Hertha Drive, hit a tree, and crashed into a home on Bonneville Drive’s 2400 block. The home, owned by a Ms. Morse, was badly damaged in the accident, but she and an unnamed guest were fortunately in a different part of the house and suffered from no injuries.
