Crash at Orlando Intersection Leaves Motorcyclist Dead
A two-vehicle crash in Orange County this past Monday morning has resulted in the death of at least one person and launched an investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol. According to the initial reports surrounding the incident, it was sometime around 6:00 in the morning when a 30-year-old Orlando resident was riding a motorcycle down the eastern lanes of Colonial Drive when he reached the intersection between this road and State Road 417.
Orlando Motorcyclist Killed when Driver Fails to Yield
A 74-year-old Orlando area man was killed last weekend when his motorcycle crashed into a turning vehicle. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the motorcyclist was riding his Triumph motorcycle south on US Highway 17 near DeLeon Springs during the afternoon.
Pedestrian Killed, Motorcyclist Injured after Crash in Seminole County
This past Friday night, a pedestrian was walking along Orange Blossom Trail in Seminole County, nearing the intersection with Orange Blossom Trail and Overland Road, when he decided to cross the street. At the same time that the pedestrian, who has recently been identified by troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol as a 64-year-old Orlando resident McKeeby, began trying to cross from the western headed side of Orange Blossom Trail to the eastbound side of the road a motorcyclist neared the area.
