Drunk Driver Kills Three People and Seriously Injures Another in Central Florida Auto Accident

A 21-year-old Lakeland man faces several serious charges in connection with a fatal auto accident that killed three people and seriously injured another. Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office report that the suspect was recently arrested on three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of driving under the influence causing death and possession of marijuana, along with other charges. Deputies report that the suspect had a blood-alcohol content of 0.234 percent when it was tested after the accident. That is nearly three times Florida’s legal BAC limit of 0.08 percent.
