Two Women Injured in Deerfield Beach SUV Rollover Crash

A 45-year-old woman is lucky to be alive tonight, after she was ejected from her SUV in a rollover accident in Deerfield Beach this afternoon. Authorities report that the driver of the SUV was traveling east on West Hillsboro Boulevard when she decided to make a turn onto North Dixie Highway and hit a car.

The force of the impact and the angle of the accident caused the SUV to roll over onto its top and ejecting the driver from the vehicle. The driver of the SUV was taken to Broward Health North with serious injuries. The driver of the other car suffered only minor injuries. His passenger, a 43-year-old woman was also taken to Broward Health North to be examined for her injuries.

It is unknown at this time why the driver of the SUV decided to make a sudden turn. The accident is still under investigation at this time, but alcohol and speed have been ruled out as factors in this accident. Police believe that all parties involved in this accident are very lucky that they were not killed, especially since none of them were wearing their safety belts.

Fortunately for the victims of this accident, their injuries were not as serious as those of the driver.
